Karel Smělý (10. listopadu 1433 v Dijonu – 5. ledna 1477 v Nancy) byl burgundským, brabantským, lucemburským, geldernským vévodou a nositelem Řádu zlatého rouna. Pocházel z mladší větve rodu Valois.

Betrothed to Charles per the terms of the Treaty of Arras, she was married in 1440, when she was 12 and her husband 7. She fell ill and died in 1446.

Isabella of Bourbon, Countess of Charolais (c. 1434 – 25 September 1465) was the second wife of Charles the Bold, Count of Charolais and future Duke of Burgundy. She was a daughter of Charles I, Duke of Bourbon and Agnes of Burgundy, and the mother of Mary of Burgundy, heiress of Burgundy.
